Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Lead team of 5-7 associates in receiving, sorting, and shipping processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Train new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
- Availability for every weekend shift (6 AM - 2 PM)
