In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods during critical off-peak hours. You will manage a team of coordinators, oversee inventory accuracy, and implement safety protocols to maintain our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the weekend logistics team to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the loading and unloading processes to ensure inventory accuracy and strict safety compliance.
- Analyze weekly performance reports and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Handle urgent logistics issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently during shift hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in adherence to safety regulations.
- Train new staff members on weekend protocols and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
- Must be available to work Full-Time hours, including Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
