Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash and credit payments.

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to management immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore location.
