Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Incidents: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients via phone, chat, and remote desktop.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and patient explanations to non-technical users to resolve their concerns efficiently.
- Ticket Management: Accurately log and update all support tickets in the CRM system, ensuring a thorough history of the resolution process.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote access tools to guide clients through complex setup procedures and security configurations.
- Feedback Analysis: Identify common technical trends and provide feedback to the engineering team to improve product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
