Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates for engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Optimize job postings and career pages with SEO best practices
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers on talent pipeline development
- Track KPIs: time-to-fill, source-to-hire ratio, and candidate quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or fintech companies
- Proven SEO expertise in recruitment marketing (ATS optimization, keyword strategy)
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (Sat/Sun 10 PM-6 AM)
