Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps) through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums during weekend nights
- Develop SEO-optimized job descriptions and career pages using keyword research tools like SEMrush
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ technical roles, including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define role requirements and build talent pipelines for emerging technologies
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement SEO best practices for career content
- Track competitor hiring trends and market positioning in Phoenix's tech sector
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruitment with proven success in sourcing specialized tech talent
- Advanced SEO expertise including on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content strategy
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (Greenhouse, Lever) and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Moz)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment metrics and SEO KPIs
- Exceptional written communication for crafting compelling job descriptions and SEO content
- Ability to work independently during weekend night shifts with minimal supervision
