Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Execute end-to-end recruiting processes for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Talent Mapping: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Interview Management: Screen applicants, conduct technical interviews, and assess cultural fit for key stakeholders.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Skill Set: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
