Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineering, QA, and DevOps.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Scheduling interviews and managing the candidate pipeline in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates to secure employment.
- Maintaining a pipeline of active candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
- Proven experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
