Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume technical screening and interviews on weekends for engineering, data, and IT roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and cold outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective candidate pipelines.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the weekend interview process.
- Provide market insights and recruiting metrics to leadership to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical roles (Software Engineer, DevOps, QA).
- Strong ability to evaluate technical proficiency through phone and video interviews.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a core work schedule.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of closing top talent.
