In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for our engineering and IT divisions. You will build talent pipelines, conduct technical interviews, and partner with hiring managers to drive our growth strategy. Responsibilities
- Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Source, screen, interview, and close top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, and IT Support) using advanced sourcing strategies.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to proactively identify and engage passive candidates in the Virginia Beach and broader East Coast tech markets.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Optimize Job Postings: Apply SEO best practices to job descriptions and postings to maximize visibility and applicant quality.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the interview process.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the IT, Engineering, or Software Development sectors.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including potential weekend shifts, to meet candidate needs and business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR tech stacks.
