Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for specialized technical roles (AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, DevOps)
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas
- Design and implement innovative interview processes using modern assessment tools
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill
- Lead employer branding initiatives through technical content creation and conference speaking
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement AI-assisted screening workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on AI/cloud/quantum roles
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering candidates
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and advanced ATS systems (Greenhouse/Lever)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Kubernetes, TensorFlow)
- Certified in Diversity Recruiting (CDRP) or equivalent
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics tools
- Experience with global talent mobility and remote hiring frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing innovative recruitment campaigns or tech talks
