Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines and engage passive candidates on LinkedIn and niche tech communities.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the SaaS, FinTech, or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions and meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical concepts (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, Cloud Architecture).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
