Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale distributed systems and LLM deployments.
- Lead a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous model governance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed database management.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
