Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, defining architecture standards and technology selection.
- System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- R&D Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI and evaluate their potential impact on our long-term product strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
