Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Autonomous Agent architectures capable of complex reasoning and task execution.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on efficiency, hallucination reduction, and safety.
- Optimize inference pipelines and training workflows to support real-time applications.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data science teams to deliver high-impact features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs or similar generative models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
