Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that align with our long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the training and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Optimize Performance: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Research Collaboration: Partner with PhD researchers to explore novel algorithms and edge-case solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to ensure data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
