Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems capable of solving complex, high-dimensional problems.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms optimized for Near-Term Quantum (NISQ) devices and future fault-tolerant hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for quantum data encoding, error mitigation, and circuit optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of global industry trends in quantum supremacy, neuromorphic computing, and advanced AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane) and quantum simulators.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment in a cloud-native environment.
