Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform automated regression testing on weekends to guarantee system stability and performance.
- Analyze defect reports, identify root causes, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve critical issues.
- Maintain and improve the existing automation framework using Python and Selenium/Cypress.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and results effectively to stakeholders and product managers.
- Stay updated with the latest testing trends and tools to ensure our QA process remains industry-leading.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (Python, Java).
- Experience working in a weekend shift environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
