Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and security updates on weekends.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams during business hours.
- Monitor system performance and uptime to ensure 99.9% availability.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during shift handovers to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA Network+ or higher certification preferred.
