Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage server maintenance, patch management, and system backups during off-peak hours.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical applications.
- Conduct on-site IT audits and security assessments.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical escalations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work a full-time weekend schedule (e.g., Friday - Sunday).
