As part of our team, you will work in a high-performance environment with top-tier researchers and engineers, focusing on scaling, efficiency, and novel model architectures.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of proprietary Generative AI models using state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., Transformer, Diffusion).
- Optimization Engineering: Implement advanced optimization techniques including quantization, pruning, and distillation to ensure models run efficiently on edge devices.
- RAG Pipelines: Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to integrate external knowledge bases with LLMs, minimizing hallucination risks.
- System Architecture: Build scalable inference infrastructure that can handle millions of concurrent requests with sub-100ms latency.
- Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge academic research papers into production-ready code and scalable software.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong track record deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
