Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Define the technical roadmap and architectural patterns for the Horizon Initiative, ensuring long-term scalability and interoperability.
- Prototype Next-Gen Systems: Spearhead the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) systems for emerging technologies, including generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate strategic vision into technical reality.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems are transparent, bias-free, and aligned with global safety standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of massive-scale distributed systems handling petabytes of data.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
