Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI trends to inform product development and innovation.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
