Responsibilities
- Lead Research Architecture: Spearhead the development of next-generation neural network architectures specifically designed for the '2026' efficiency standards.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition from theoretical models to production-ready systems, ensuring low-latency performance and high availability.
- Algorithm Optimization: Drive innovations in model compression and inference acceleration to meet strict computational constraints.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Work with the CTO to define technical milestones for the 2026 timeline, identifying potential bottlenecks and research opportunities.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning research, with a focus on NLP, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Publications: A strong track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
