Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models for natural language processing and reinforcement learning.
- Lead research initiatives within Project 2026, focusing on scaling AI capabilities to human-level reasoning.
- Optimize existing neural networks for inference speed and memory efficiency on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production software.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and publish findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all system designs.
- mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in research roles, preferably within the tech industry or a top-tier AI laboratory.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and large language models.
- Strong publication record in relevant fields (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
