Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production APIs.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in distributed environments.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging trends in generative AI and neural architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience deploying models to production using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in mathematical statistics and optimization techniques.
