- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap and vision for AI technologies targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and backend systems using modern frameworks.
- R&D Management: Lead research initiatives to explore new frontiers such as generative AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.

- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for technological shifts up to 5 years in advance.
