Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and memory usage.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define AI requirements and features.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the field and implement novel architectures.
- Manage the full machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model serving.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
