Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the '2026' product suite, integrating cutting-edge AI models with robust backend systems.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement strategies to optimize inference speed and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Scalability Solutions: Architect cloud-native solutions that can scale from prototype to millions of users without compromising performance.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI research papers and frameworks into our production pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and AI bias risks, implementing mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a deep focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
