Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for the 2026 Initiative.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-performance computing environments.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI development.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and AI development.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of neural network optimization.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile startup environment is a major plus.
