Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures for the 2026 Horizon project.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for high-performance model training and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and improved accuracy in real-time environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in generative models and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
