Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the architecture of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Neural Networks.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
