Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance deep learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of novel algorithms, focusing on generative AI and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Refine existing models to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize inference costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security teams, and UX designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep neural networks, NLP, or Computer Vision architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
