Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical vision and strategy for Project 2026, defining the core architectural principles for next-generation neural networks.
- System Design & Optimization: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Governance: Establish frameworks for model interpretability, safety, and ethical AI usage to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge advancements in quantum computing and edge AI into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Cloud Architecture: Extensive experience designing systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems and drive technical decisions in uncharted territories.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
