Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead the migration from traditional ML pipelines to agentic AI workflows.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and security engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
