Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-level data volumes and complexity.
- Lead the architecture for Generative AI models, focusing on Long-Context Understanding and Agentic Workflows.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate novel architectures such as State Space Models (SSMs) and Mixture of Experts (MoE).
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robustness in adversarial environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude) into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agents.
