Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for next-gen AI systems, ensuring scalability and robustness for 2026 deployment.
- Agentic AI Development: Spearhead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making and multi-step reasoning.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, aligning with company goals to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Model Optimization: Optimize machine learning models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
