Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced deep learning models, focusing on natural language processing and predictive analytics.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and proprietary algorithms to enhance system capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security protocols, and coding standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
