Responsibilities

- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for the 2026 product cycle, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI integration.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience with cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
