Job Description
The 2026 Horizon Initiative is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the next generation of autonomous systems. We are not merely building software; we are engineering the foundational infrastructure that will define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. If you possess a deep understanding of machine learning, neural architectures, and scalable systems, this is your opportunity to build the future.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI and practical application, ensuring our products are not only powerful and scalable but also ethical and efficient. You will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the technical strategy that powers our global ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures tailored specifically for the 2026 product roadmap and long-term vision.
- Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of mentorship, innovation, and high performance.
- Performance Optimization: Push the boundaries of model performance, focusing heavily on latency reduction, computational efficiency, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives and product leads to define the technical strategy and ensure alignment with the 2026 launch milestones.
- Ethical AI & Compliance: Implement rigorous best practices for bias mitigation, data privacy, and transparency in AI decision-making processes.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models into large-scale cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical challenges and deliver production-grade solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
