Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable autonomous AI agents using LLMs and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Architect robust prompt-engineering pipelines and chain-of-thought reasoning systems.
- Optimize model inference speeds for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing of agent behaviors to ensure safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business logic into intelligent agent workflows.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
