Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural framework, focusing on scalability and cognitive adaptability.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge deployment and massive distributed computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends, specifically within the 2026 technology stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Cognitive Science.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to completion.
- Deep expertise in neural architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
