Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust multi-agent orchestration frameworks capable of handling complex, autonomous workflows.
- Design advanced memory hierarchies (Short-term, Long-term, Episodic) for context retention in AI agents.
- Implement secure tool-calling mechanisms and external API integrations for autonomous action.
- Optimize LLM inference costs and latency for high-frequency agent interactions.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to define the roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for AI safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
- Deep experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
- Strong understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Experience building stateful systems and agent memory layers.
- Passion for the future of AI and the "Agentic" paradigm.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
