Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems using Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain and AutoGPT.
- Design robust prompt engineering strategies and reinforcement learning loops to enhance agent autonomy.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous workflow engines.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed agents.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge advancements in multimodal AI and reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into executable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic workflows.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project delivery from conception to production.
