Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive system diagnostics and troubleshooting on hardware and software issues.
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Monitor server health and data integrity to prevent weekend downtime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our central knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to implement weekend maintenance protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with desktop support, networking, or basic system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote diagnostic tools.
