Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and security vulnerabilities.
- Assist clients with software installations, upgrades, and system configurations.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and ability to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
