Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend/night shifts
- Coordinate logistics between warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
- Monitor KPIs and optimize operational efficiency during off-peak hours
- Resolve urgent operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory reports
- Train and mentor new shift associates on company protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
