Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system performance and uptime during night shifts.
- Respond to incoming technical support tickets and customer inquiries promptly.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote clients.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams as needed.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security and data privacy protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote roles) or ability to commute to Seattle.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
