Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone and email during evening hours.
- Monitor server health, network performance, and security alerts during the night shift.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups outside of peak business hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts and weekend schedules.
