Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security during night operations.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform scheduled system backups and maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk database.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends on a regular basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
